The Harare Children’s Hospital Trust Project
The hospital was established in 1998 with support from Japanese and Canadian Governments. The Harare Children’s Hospital located at Zimbabwe; a 350-bed facility. Largest referral hospital for children in Zimbabwe, with over 10,000 admissions and 45,000 outpatients annually.Initially state-of-the-art; suffered due to economic decline and under- funding.Provides medical and surgical services; free treatment for under-fives. Harare Children’s Hospital Trust established in 2013 for fundraising. Aims to re-equip, refurbish, and develop pediatric excellence. Trust has secured over $1.5 million in equipment and donations.
WHO
International donors and the broader donor community play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare initiatives across Zimbabwe, benefiting the entire population. Their contributions, alongside efforts from local supporters, significantly bolster the Trust's work, ensuring that individuals and communities throughout Zimbabwe have access to enhanced healthcare services.

LOGO Design
My logo designs are inspired by three traditional Zimbabwean crafts: stone sculpture, textiles, and basketweaving. The stone sculpture draws from the fluid, expressive lines and symbolic forms of Shona art. The textile traditions inspired me to incorporate woven structures that symbolize unity and connection. Meanwhile, the symmetrical patterns found in basketweaving guided my exploration of order and rhythm in composition. Together, these elements form a visual language that embodies both regional identity and the spirit of craftsmanship.
