The wrapped-ridge binding and the duplex printing are adopted for the book. The action of tearing open the right side of the book simulates the state of tearing an envelope to read the letter. The moment the envelope was torn open, the expectations and longings in the recipient’s heart were released.

The stamp is re-materialized through the concept of ‘Pieced Quilt Cover’. The collection of these stamps transforms the warmth that my mother felt in her heart brought by the letter into the actual warmth that the body can perceive, and the memories are sublimated in the process of the use of the quilt.
